欢迎使用“声序”（英文名称 Sonicord，以下简称“本 App”）。本隐私政策说明本 App 如何处理你在使用录音、语音转写和 AI 整理功能时涉及的信息。本 App 为仅在 iOS 设备上运行的客户端工具，开发者不运营用于接收或存储用户录音、转写文本或 AI 整理内容的自建服务端。

01我们处理的信息

你创建的内容

包括录音文件、记录标题、录音时间和时长、转写文本以及 AI 整理结果。这些内容默认保存在你的设备上，由你创建、查看、播放、复制、导出或删除。

模型和偏好设置

包括你选择的语音识别服务、AI 大模型服务、接口地址、模型名称以及语言偏好。这些设置保存在设备本地。你输入的 API Key 保存在 Apple Keychain 中。

我们不会主动收集的信息

当前版本不要求注册账户，不包含广告或跨 App 跟踪，也不使用第三方统计分析 SDK。开发者不会通过自建服务端收集你的位置、通讯录、照片、录音内容、转写内容或 AI 整理结果。

02麦克风和本地录音

本 App 仅在你主动开始录音后使用麦克风，并在你点击停止后结束录音。麦克风权限用于捕捉设备周围可听声音。原始录音以及由其产生的转写文本和 AI 整理结果会保存在设备本地，直至你主动删除对应记录或卸载 App。

录音提示

你应在录音前告知相关参与者，并确保录音和后续处理符合所在地适用法律、组织政策及保密义务。

03语音转写和 AI 整理

录音结束后，本 App 不会自动转写或生成 AI 内容。只有当你主动点击生成或重新转写时，才会进行以下处理：

录音文件或分段音频直接发送至你在设置中选择的语音识别服务。
语音识别服务返回转写文本，并保存到你的设备。
转写文本、记录标题及处理中间摘要直接发送至你选择的 AI 大模型服务。
AI 服务返回整理结果，并保存到你的设备。

本 App 支持智谱、豆包以及兼容 OpenAI 协议的服务。你也可以配置自定义接口。因此，实际接收和处理数据的第三方取决于你的选择。你的请求会携带相应 API Key，用于由第三方服务验证身份和计费；开发者无法读取这些服务端的处理记录。

第三方服务可能按照其自己的隐私政策、服务条款、数据保留期限和所在地区处理数据。使用相关功能前，请查阅并确认你所选择服务商的政策。请勿提交你无权处理的敏感、机密或受限制内容。

04连接测试

当你在设置中测试语音服务连接时，本 App 会向所配置服务发送一小段临时静音音频；测试 AI 服务连接时，会发送简短测试文字。测试内容不包含你的会议录音，临时静音文件会在测试后从设备删除。

05保存、删除与导出

本 App 对本地记录不设置自动到期时间。你可在 App 内删除记录；删除后，对应的本地录音、转写及 AI 整理内容将从 App 存储中移除。你复制或导出 PDF、 Markdown 等内容后，导出副本由目标 App、系统共享位置或你选择的存储服务管理。

删除本地记录不会自动删除第三方模型服务已经接收的数据。如需了解或请求删除第三方保存的数据，请直接联系相关服务商。

06安全措施

我们使用 iOS 提供的应用沙盒保存本地内容，并使用 Keychain 保存 API Key。网络请求使用你配置的接口地址；建议仅使用可信的 HTTPS 服务。任何传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保护设备、系统解锁凭据和第三方 API Key。

07儿童、变更与联系我们

本 App 不是专门面向儿童设计的服务。若你代表组织使用本 App，你应确保已获得处理相关内容所需的授权。我们可能因功能、法律或合规要求更新本政策，并在本页标注新的更新日期。重大变更将在合理可行的范围内通过 App 或本页说明。

Sonicord Privacy Policy

Welcome to Sonicord (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you record audio, transcribe speech, and create AI-organized notes. Sonicord is an iOS-only client application. The developer does not operate a proprietary server that receives or stores your recordings, transcripts, or AI-generated notes.

01Information handled by the App

Content you create

This includes audio recordings, record titles, dates and durations, transcripts, and AI-organized notes. This content is stored on your device by default and may be viewed, played, copied, exported, or deleted by you.

Model settings and preferences

Your selected speech and AI providers, endpoint URLs, model names, and language preferences are stored locally. API keys are stored in Apple Keychain.

Information we do not independently collect

The current version requires no account, contains no advertising or cross-app tracking, and uses no third-party analytics SDK. The developer does not use a proprietary server to collect your location, contacts, photos, recordings, transcripts, or AI-organized notes.

02Microphone and local recording

The App accesses the microphone only after you actively start a recording and stops when you end it. Original audio, transcripts, and AI-organized notes remain on your device until you delete the record or uninstall the App.

Before recording, notify relevant participants and ensure your use complies with applicable law, organizational policies, and confidentiality obligations.

03Transcription and AI processing

Sonicord does not automatically transcribe or generate AI content after recording. Only when you request generation or re-transcription:

Audio or audio segments are sent directly to your selected speech service.
The returned transcript is stored on your device.
The transcript, record title, and intermediate summaries are sent directly to your selected AI service.
The returned notes are stored on your device.

Sonicord supports Zhipu, Doubao, and OpenAI-compatible services, including custom endpoints. The third party receiving your data is therefore determined by your configuration. Requests include your API key for authentication and billing. The developer cannot access the provider's server-side processing records.

Third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies, terms, retention periods, and regional practices. Review the policy of your chosen provider before using it, and do not submit content you are not authorized to process.

04Connection tests

A speech connection test sends a short, temporary silent audio file to your configured provider. An AI connection test sends brief test text. These tests do not include your meeting recordings, and the temporary silent file is removed from the device after the test.

05Retention, deletion, and export

Local records do not automatically expire. Deleting a record in the App removes its local audio, transcript, and AI notes. Copies you export as PDF, Markdown, or through the system share sheet are controlled by the destination app or service you choose.

Deleting a local record does not automatically delete data already received by a third-party model provider. Contact that provider for information about access or deletion requests.

06Security

Sonicord uses the iOS app sandbox for local content and Keychain for API keys. Network requests use the endpoint you configure; use trusted HTTPS services only. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure, so protect your device, passcode, and third-party credentials.

07Children, changes, and contact

Sonicord is not specifically designed for children. If you use it for an organization, ensure you have authority to process the relevant content. We may update this policy for product, legal, or compliance reasons and will revise the date above. Material changes will be described through the App or this page where reasonably practicable.
